History

I’ve always been interested in art and literature and ardently wanted to be an artist so I pursued my dream of becoming a visual artist by enrolling in an art institute after finishing my high school from a small town in India.

I was so anxious to get started with my career that I hustled and landed a job right after I turned 18 before finishing my course at the institute and got busy with the job.

Meanwhile I took admission in a college degree with an English literature major, as I’ve always been fascinated with Victorian novels and stories. I wanted to understand English literature better. And as life went on I was doing well at the job but felt like there’s more to my career path than this. I was working in a retouching studio which specialized in retouching stock images so it was not a very creatively fulfilling job. I just felt this isn’t for me anymore and started going online, reading forums and learning from the internet. I eventually left the job and started my freelance retouching business in 2010 and since then I’ve never looked back.
